Can I come along and watch a class?
Yes no problem

Can I come along and join in for a introductory lesson?
Yes definitely, come along and make yourself known, its £10 per class

What do I need for my first class?
If you have a gi from another martial art already this is fine to use to begin with. Otherwise please wear an old t-shirt with shorts or tracksuit/jogging bottoms. Maybe bring a bottle of water too.

How experienced do I need to be?
No experience needed at all

Do I have to start sparring straight away?
You will be monitored and can spar when demmed ready
