Beginners are welcome, please come along and watch or train in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Portsmouth classes have changed due to the sudden closure of the ENSKA, currently they are as follows:

Tuesday: 6:00pm – 7.:30pm

£49 per month for up to 4 days a week: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays in Portsmouth and also the Monday Southampton class.

£40 per month for just 1 day a week:Tuesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.

We also meet up for regular open sessions in the Mountbatten Centre watch the facebook page or twitter for details as they are arranged.
